Crust

Ingredients

  • 1 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/3 cup Shortening
  • 3 tbsp Cold Water

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix the flour and salt.  Cut in shortening using a fork until ingredients are mixed together and are the size of small peas.  Sprinkle with cold water and toss with fork until all flour is moistened and the mixture forms dough.  On a flattened floured surface, roll out to fit a pie pan.  Flute the edges with your hands and refrigerate.
